Jamey has served as pastor since August of 2011. He grew up in Birmingham and was saved at the age of 15 and surrendered to ministry at 18. He is married to Ashleigh, and they have 3 sons: Josiah, Isaac, and Nathaniel. He is a graduate of Mobile College and Beeson Divinity School at Samford University and earned his D.Min. from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. A love for the Church and its mission drive Jamey in his ministry.

RANDY LAMON, Minister of Education & Administration

Randy has served on staff since 2004. He is a graduate of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and has served churches in the areas of both youth and education ministry since 1987. His hobbies include travel, Alabama football, and estate sales. He and his wife Pam have two children, Jared and Rachel.

THERESA MAYO, Director of Preschool & Children's Ministries

Theresa Mayo has been Director of Preschool and Children's Ministries here at Gilliam Springs since January 2005. She loves not only teaching children but also helping them develop a life-long relationship with Jesus. Theresa is a State Board of Missions EMT and has served on the State VBS Team. Theresa and her husband Lee have two children, Seth and Caylee-Beth.

WILL HARBISON, Minister of Students & Missions wharbison@gilliamsprings.org

Will is originally from Arab, AL and was a member of Gilliam Springs Baptist Church until graduating high school. He received his Bachelor Degree from Auburn University and his Masters of Christian Studies from Union University. Will is passionate for God's mission to make disciples of all nations and helping students find their role in that mission. Before his arrival to the Gilliam staff, Will served in multiple churches as interim student minister. He met his wife, Claire, in Auburn and was married in May of 2010.

BRAD JOHNSON, Minister of Worship & Media bjohnson@gilliamsprings.org

Brad joined the staff of Gilliam in May 2017. He graduated from the University of Mobile in May 2004. He has served in worship and student ministries for churches in Decatur, Tuscaloosa, Birmingham, and Scottsboro. Brad's desire in leading worship is to help the church direct their attention to God, stand in awe of Him, and have their affection for Him deepened. He and his wife, Sarah, were married in 2008 and they have two children, Gray and Maggie. In his spare time, Brad enjoys chasing around his kids, college football, and disc golf.

DICK SPYBEY, Director of Recreation Outreach & Men's Ministry

Dick has 33-years of coaching/administrative experience on both the collegiate and high school level. In 2002, God gave him a change of heart and passion as he felt led into Christian Education. During the past fifteen years, Dick has served as Deacon and Sunday School/Bible Class Teacher. He and his wife, Mary, have one son, Rick, who is married and lives in Huntsville, AL.
